Pizza Hut

Somehow, 19 slices of pepperoni is supposed to be a specialty "pepperoni lovers" pizza.

Order with a credit card for when you need to contest it for fraudulent business/transactions. I Ordered a basic pizza and breadsticks at 7:00pm on a Saturday. It said delivered but it never showed up. Waited for over 2 hours called the restaurant twice. Complained to Pizza Hut for a refund. It never came. Thankfully the credit card company made quick refund.

I work at the hospital by this location. I ordered a pizza, a brownie and a drink they told me they had delivery but then they use DoorDash. I’ve never received my food and then they want me to contact DoorDash for a refund when I did not use DoorDash I ordered on the phone from this location very unprofessional I was charged $35 and never received my food and then they started getting smart because when I called to complain the young lady said she will fix my order and resend it. Come to find out it was a young lady getting food for her house that was off the clop that answered the phone and lied to me They never sent it and I had to go somewhere else to get food even though I spent $35 ridiculous I’m still trying to get my $35 refunded I will be contacting corporate in the morning

OUTSTANDING SERVICE They were so amazing even while dealing with multiple customers. I personally watched as they went out of there way to service as many people as possible. Whoever was working on the night of 10/15/21 did an excellent job and is the reason I will continue to come back. The food came out looking great and tasted great too. Long waits on a weekend are fine just as long as the food and the customer service is good which it was!

They didn’t deliver the drink I ordered. When I called to see about having the driver deliver it or just getting a refund, I was told they couldn’t do either. The only option they said was for me to drive across town and pick up the drink myself. On top of this, they didn’t so much as bother to say “sorry,” for what was really just a simple mistake.
